Hello! Im Tara Seubert, a McCall, Idaho native and 500 hr RYT.
Since I was a young girl, I've been inspired to help others heal and do whatever is in my ability to improve the state of our world. I believe that the best way to do this is to work on ourselves as individuals.
For years I sought out relief from several physical and mental issues I was facing. When doctor visits and medications brought me to a dead end, I decided to work on my mental state.
In 2018, I signed up for a 200 hour yoga teacher training course led by Jodie Lea (E RYT 500). As soon as I began to practice yoga more and connect with a tribe of supportive people, my health started to improve! Eventually, my health issues began to dissolve completely, and I learned first hand that our mental state affects our physical health.
The teacher training affected my life so positively that I decided to continue my education and enroll in a 300 hour yoga teacher training course. Since completing this training, I have realized that my passion lies in teaching in a one-on-one setting. I enjoy teaching like this because I can get to know every student on a deeper level and gain a better understanding of how they learn and what they are interested in.
I'm motivated to guide others through their own healing process, just as my teachers did for me. I imagine a world where more people understand that yoga is not just an exercise, but a way of life. Through breathing techniques, meditation, movement and connection, anybody has the power to work through their inner turmoil and live their happiest, healthiest lives!
